OUTSIDE SALES

Franklin Electrofluid Co., Inc., and its sister company Sloan Fluid Accessories, Inc., established Fluid Power Distributors, wish to expand their Outside Sales Staff in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee.

If you are career-minded, self-motivated, hard working and driven to sell in a business-to-business environment, then an opportunity for excellent income awaits you!

Qualified candidates possess:

• Positive, sales oriented personality
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms
• High school diploma
• Minimum of 3-5 years of outside industrial sales experience
• Experience in the Fluid Power Industry
• Own transportation to be used for business purposes
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to use a computer for e-mail, documents and presentations 

Essential Functions Include:

• Maintaining relationships with existing customers
• Satisfying needs of existing customers
• Cold-calling
• Tele-prospecting
• Scheduling first time visits
• Following up with potential customers
• Attaining new business
• Working with local sales and management teams
• Working within Company policies and procedures

Compensation is based on your performance and includes a base salary, commission, and a benefits package that includes medical, life, 401K and ongoing training.
